Simple Database

Remember this assignment from the Excel Unit?

You are going to create a database about your classmates using this information.

Directions:

1. Create a new, blank database called "Last First Name simple database" and save in your Documents
2. Enter 6 Field names; ID, Name, Class of, Shirt Color, Hair Color, Eye Color
   • Set your "ID" as an auto-number (go to design view)
   • Set your "Class of" with an lookup wizard and add the 4 graduation dates for Freshman-Seniors
3. Enter records for 6 people in the class (don't add more than 6)
4. Save your Table as "Students"
5. Raise your hand and I will grade your database from your screen.
